Description
Details
Heat inactivation of serum is performed by raising the temperature of the serum to 56ºC and maintaining that temperature for 30 minutes. Heat inactivation is the method of choice to destroy complement proteins activity.
Thawing
We recommend thawing the serum at 2-8ºC. However, if necessary, you may thaw the serum at room temperature. Swirl the bottles gently to mix the serum during the thawing process.Specifications
